The USA has a long history of bestowing freedom, choice and oppose objurgates upon its citizens, but even though the US government no longer discriminates against race or nationality, gender is still an issue. Womens rights have come a long way since August 26th 1920 - The date in which The 19th Amendment to the Constitution was signed into law, granting women the right to vote, but the fight is not over yet.republican politicians like Rick Santorum and Rick Perry along with right-wing fanatics like Rush Limbaugh and fundamentalist religious groups want to profoundly change the rights of women in America.
